PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

You can sign up for as many dates and roles as you like.

Enter through North Doors (by the gym)

For meals, there is only one slot available for each. Only one person from your MC or group needs to sign up.

Role Descriptions:
Set up - Arrive at 3:30 pm to set up and make beds, prep for dinner service, and set up hygiene kits and socks for guests.

Appetizer - Provide an appetizer for the arrival of our 8 guests. This could be chips and dip, a meat and cheese tray, or anything to hold the men over until dinner is served.

Dinner - Coordinate with your MC or group to provide dinner for 15 people (This 15 includes our guests and those that have signed up to engage the guests. If your group would also like to eat with the guests, please add your number to the 15 to prepare dinner for). Set out and serve dinner to guests. Dinner should be ready by 5:45pm. Wash dishes and clean up kitchen.

Engage with Guests - Arrive at 5:45pm. Eat dinner with guests. Engage in conversation or bring a game to play with the guests until they go to bed (usually 8:00pm at the latest).

Inn Keeper (male only) - Arrive at 7:30 pm and stay the night with the guests. You are able to sleep.

Breakfast - Coordinate with your MC or group to provide breakfast for 10 people. This can be both hot and cold items. Set out and serve breakfast to guests. Breakfast should be ready by 6:30am. Wash dishes and clean up kitchen.

Tear Down/Clean Up - Arrive at 7:00 am. Break down beds and return to storage. Ensure all spaces are cleaned up.

Laundry - Collect laundry to wash at 7:30am.  If you need to collect the laundry at a different time, respond to midweek email to set up another time to collect. Wash, fold, and return by Wednesday of the following week.
